I am sorry if there has been some confusion with regards to your appointment.
I can confirm that you booked an appointment for our valuer to meet with you at your property. Our valuer did attend the appointment on the agreed day and time and waited for 20 mins. The valuer called the office to say there was no answer at your door. The office tried to call you on the number you provided and there was no answer. All of our calls are monitored and recorded and we have a log of the call.
We have since contacted you again and arranged another appointment. This time our valuer did manage to meet with you and provided a valuation.
