Painful experience, honestly. Ask a direct answer, get a roundabout answer seemed to be the way it went. I appreciate that as we were the buyer we weren’t on the hook to pay for their services, and that the circumstances for this sale were more unique, but regardless it was painful - we dealt with a terrible agent who then disappeared without explanation (assume they were let go), we then dealt with Sam who was great though his answers to most requests were that they weren’t the norm and wouldn’t be agreed (spoiler alert, they then were). Jason covered Sam’s portfolio for a short time and I’ve never experienced such mansplaining, it was exasperating and his customer service skills need work. It astounded me that he’s actually one of management. Once we completed, we waited several months and have still not had the sold sign outside our house removed despite repeated requests. Eventually gave up and got rid ourselves.
