We used Kaybridge - Kevin & Jason and they did exactly as they said they would from initial meeting through to sale exchange. Good advice at the start and secured more than listed price with plenty of viewings. When we needed Jason’s assistance to get the sale exchanged due to a difficult party in the chain they were there to help and put pressure on where it was needed - great team - thank again 👍

I recently sold my property with the help of Jason and Chris. After using a different agent previously which resulted in the buyer withdrawing their offer just before exchange of contracts and wasting 10 months of our time, we were very anxious throughout the process. Both Jason and Chris were very reassuring and extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to any of my neighbours or friends in the area should they plan a move.
