I’m the mother in law of the tenants- met Dan at the viewing- had a few complications with a prior viewing -and Dan was so sympathetic towards our urgent need to acquire a tenancy- he just took all the stress off our plate and really tried his best to help us get the property. Communication was really top tier on Dans part. Even though there were a few technical hitches from the online checks delts- the john shepherd Sutton cold field branch really standout out compared to the the city centre branch- I’m sure my son inlaw will leave you a review to show his appreciation- but I had to leave mine too- because Dan- you were so welcoming and reassuring on our viewing on that boiling hot day!
