I had been trying to view a flat in a retirement complex for my mother through another estate agent, who simply didnt get back to me, despite trying on several occasions. Thankfully I came across the same flat on Jeremy Leaf’s books and thank goodness I did. Marcus Brilliant (what a fantastic name!) was wonderful. Not only did he find a much more suitable place for my mother, but was so helpful during the whole process. We had a few problems with the legal side and Marcus was great at getting things moving.
