I'm giving it one star because I can't give it 100. I called my internet provider about a problem with my router and this number came up. They kept me on hold for an hour and 20 minutes trying to fix the problem, and all the "lady" did was switch me to another company! I'm trying to get in touch with a supervisor or someone in charge because this is a scam and it shouldn't happen again.
