I was apprehensive about using an online agent but Alex offered a better service than any estate agent I’ve ever used before. He has a very calm and professional approach. Alex is a local chap so is always able to accommodate the viewings. He’d drop me a quick text update after the viewings which was easier for me rather than waiting on phone calls or emails.
