He has ideas for creating extra value, provided a visit follow up video, weekly updates on the website hits and data on who had contacted him. He offered solutions to any issues or problems that potential purchasers raised, doing the research himself. He takes totally stunning photos way beyond what you would normally expect with terrific attention to detail. Above everything else he is very personably and you feel as though it is a friend who is acting on your behalf in what is one of the most important actions you ever take in life. We cannot recommend Alex too highly, indeed the owners of the house next to us at the time were massively impressed with the speed with which our property sold and are going to seek his services.
