ELC have been so helpful, both with me finding a place as well as once moving in. Finding a place in Edinburgh was not easy at all, especially when you’re a foreigner, however thanks to Claudia I was able to find a place in such a beautiful area. Also once moving, anything that needed to be fixed was approved and managed just within a few days, even for something as big as an oven - Daniel kept me updated throughout the whole process. They are a very professional company who really value their customers’ opinions; I would definitely recommend them!

Although we haven't dealt with this agency for long, the experience so far has been excellent. Myself and my friend needed to move out from our respective homes urgently, and as everyone knows moving out is already stressful enough, and the added stress of dealing with various agencies that are less than friendly doesn't help. Thankfully, ELC has been nothing but kind to us. We were shown our flat by Claudia, who was very professional - turned up on time (very early, in fact!) and explained the application process thoroughly. After sending in our application we dealt with Lynn, who was just great. She emailed us immediately whenever she had an update on our application and answered all of our questions with no hesitation. We heard that our application was successful a little more than a week after the viewing, and we couldn't be more excited to move in to our new home. Here's hoping our experience with ELC continues to be this positive!

It was our first time renting and after looking at several properties with different agencies we settled on one with Andrews Residential. Not only were like friendly and welcoming but extremely professional and helpful at every juncture. We asked a lot of questions and the entire team were so quick in answering them all and having patience with us learning how to navigate this situation for the first time. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Andrews Residential in the future.

Despite the less intimate and in depth viewing that comes with an open-flat viewing, the information provided was helpful and useful. All in all, can't complain.
