Adam went above and beyond finding us a suitable buyer very quickly after our first buyer messed us around for months. Within two weeks of relisting, Daniel Adams found us a buyer and from sale to exchange was about six weeks, also a big thank you to Megan for all the effort she put in. Very reasonable charges and very highly recommended from me.

I had particularly difficult buyers who kept breaking their word. Daniel Adams went above and beyond to try and work with them. When we eventually parted company, Daniel Adams hit the phones and found me another buyer in just 2 weeks. Moving house is one of the most stressful life events and I thoroughly recommend them for their personal approach.

Helpful, polite and friendly team. Kept me up to date with what was happening and chased buyer when needed. Only criticism is that I had the flat on the market for an unrealistic price; would have appreciated sone advice on reducing this; once I did the viewings came!
