Throughout a very challenging house sale which eventually completed after six months, Neal & Daniel were so helpful and supportive in dealing with everyone involved - nothing was too much bother. They know the Coulsdon area very well so I would always go to an Agent with their local knowledge and expertise. We thoroughly recommend them.

Lee was so helpful throughout the visit and met us on the same day of enquiring. Was open and honest with all details about the house we were viewing and gave us details for a financial advisor too. 10/10 couldn't recommend more!

Lee Devenish from EweMove Estate and Letting Agency, was very kind and polite. Nothing was too much trouble, he even arranged for us to view a property on a Sunday. Adam from Daniel Adams provided us with a wonderful service from start to finish. From the very first meeting, the process was clear and efficient. The imagery provided as part of the selling process was produced to a high standard. Our house was not an easy house to sell along with the challenge that comes with an aborted sell just before exchange. Adam and the team worked hard to secure another buyer within two weeks which was very impressive. Clear communication on all sides ensured that exchange was completed within eight weeks. I would highly recommend an independent estate agency that have the ability to provide you with a first class service. I have since recommended Daniel Adams locally.
