Repairs taking in excess of 3 months to be followed up on, constantly blaming the landlord for their lack of action, taking weeks to respond to emails, requiring us to follow up several times, etc. On top of this, the inaction and patronising manners of Sarah, the property manager left much to be desired - thankfully she left the business.
