David and Jo sold my house when I moved out of Leigh-on-Sea in 2008 so I was pleased to be able to work with them again in 2024 on the probate sale of my parents' home. It was a sad time but the team were so supportive and helped my brother and I negotiate a speedy sale for a very fair price.
