Hi Kelly, You rented a property through us for 6 months and left the property in an exceptionally poor state. After an independent check out was carried out, the landlord requested keeping £963 of your deposit. You were given the opportunity to disagree or to take it to the independent adjudication, however you agreed with the amount and damages which you emailed accepting responsibility so I am unsure as to why you have left a negative review.
