Incompetent, rude, patronising when queried, wouldn't accept the £360 reference fees in any other format but cash... Then again, it was a Friday and they only needed to keep £12 aside for paragon 😂 .. Didn't disclose parking on property wasn't communal and that we actually didn't have a space at all. didn't disclose the entire block regularly had damp and black mould issues, which ended up costing us the majority of our possessions... What more could you want from a trusty estate agent?🙌
