Emily showed me around a couple of properties in the area, she was friendly and helpful, making me feel completely at ease. Although I didn't get the first property I was after, Emily knew how keen I was and had me booked in for another viewing for a similar property straight away. (Which I actually prefer to the original! I am very happy with my flat.) As a first time single tenant, I was a little nervous by the process but Michelle was able to answer any of my questions that I had in regards to my upcoming tenancy.
