I am the vendor at the top of the chain within which this agency have 2 properties involved at the bottom of the chain. In my experience, they do not respond to emails or return calls and as at today's date (24/1/2023) their sales progression answerphone message is wishing me a very happy Christmas - very unprofessional. I am not directly their client; however their actions impact on my onward purchase and as such I would expect all of the agents in a chain to work together to get things moving forward as quickly as possible, which they do not seem to be doing. As things stand, the chain is going to collapse for the third time (twice with this agent involved) in a 6 month period. Given that they don't get paid until the sales complete I am at a loss to understand why they seem so reluctant to help us. I think possibly with the market having been so buoyant for the last couple of years they have just become very complacent - if they want to stay in business they may need to up their game as the market is going to be more difficult in the future, I have left a further message - let's see if they have the courtesy to call as they have promised.
