Very recently moved in to my new home purchased via Balgores Ongar. It was the end of my 2-year long property search journey. Buying a property in London and its suburbs isn't easy by any means and I've had many bad experiences with various estate agents during the time, so much so that I totally lost my trust on them - for example offer manipulation, using the buyer as a pawn to start a bidding war, lying about property conditions and/or documents, forcing the buyer to tie in buying, and so on. But Balogores Ongar is thankfully different and clearly stands out. From the very beggining Billy Holland (agent) had been totally honest, straight forward, prompt in replying whatever query I had - no question asked. My intial offer was declined, but as promised, Billy came back a week later to give me a second chance - my 2nd offer was accepted in 10 mintues. From then on Billy was always ready to make my life easier throughout the buying process - provided supporting docs promptly to help me with my mortgage application, promptly sorted out a couple of survey findings including negitiating a slightly reduced price, provided building regs/planning docs to satisfy my personal query, always kept me updated on progress from the seller side, kept alternative contact whenever he was away from office, and so on. The whole process with Balgores Ongar was so stressless and smooth that at times I didn't believe it's truely happening. From the bottom of my heart I'm truely grateful to Billy and all her colleagues who helped me during the buying process. Balgores Ongar is truely different - please keep up the great work.
