What a fantastic service from Billy Holland who is working on behalf of my seller. Billy's perseverance and excellent communication skills (as well as that of my own agent) are outstanding. I am only thankful that I am not purchasing via a well known on-line agency. Much criticism is directed at estate agents but I can honestly say that these are brilliant.
