This is the first time I've rented thru an Estate Agent and I really didn't know what to expect. After viewing a property and meeting Vicky Smallwood I felt quite relaxed and immediately wanted to rent the property. Vicky and her team set to work doing all the refs etc and kept me informed throughout the process. I'm now moving in and I've no doubt if anything crops up, Vicky will be there to sort it out.
