DO NOT USE Mike and Dave do nothing but tell lies took me 12months to get my property back what i had on an guaranteed rental agreement with them all they do is lie and try and bully you they had plenty of opportunity to start the eviction process but dragged there feet and then hid behind covid so that they didn't have to do anything. Dave even lied and said it was on an ast when it wasn't. Even when evictions were allowed again they did nothing I had to get sn solicitor involved and Dave even lied to them. And when i got the property back it was horrendous they then hide behind there fair wear and tear policy which means after 2 years of the house being on rent with them everything inside is valued at zero and therefore doesn't need replacing or fixing and the fact that you haven't had to maintain the property whilst its been on rent they class the decoration as wear and tear. My parents had to sleep on my couch for 12 months cause all these people want is to make money nothing else matters. And if you are asking for a property back it means them loosing money. When you tell them that you will name and shame they threaten with legal action go ahead guys this is for public interest. I had 5 property's with these people now ive got 1 left on managed with them Mike wants £500.00 for me to take my tenant away there is no way im paying that. I requested the guaranteed property not go to social housing but they know that they will get there money from them so thats were they want to put the propertys then they walk away and you are left picking up the pieces. The best thing is my contract with them had expired 12 months prior and i still had all this trouble with them. DO NOT USE IS MY RECOMMENDATION
