We started renting with Northwood a short while ago and the application experience was very thorough and detailed. We dealt with Jess, for the most part, and found her to professional and responsive to our emails and phone calls. We had a little problem with the boiler when we first moved in and Northwoods maintenance team were also very responsive and sorted the problem promptly.
