We would like to thank Northwood for their excellent service from the start. David initially valued our home and was polite, friendly and professional but not pushy (like some!) We mostly dealt with Emma Owen via email, calls and she always responds to emails prompt and nothing is too much trouble when you call them to make a request They listen to your requests and act upon them.
