Fine and Country were incredible when we purchased a property through their Colchester office. They were always available to talk, responsive on emails and telephone, knew the current state of the process we were at, were knowledgeable on local services and overall a pleasure to deal with at every stage. Charlie also did all he could to make the process smoother, he even said he would do what he could to help personally when we were let down by our removal company (luckily he didn't need to help lift boxes :) On completion day he met us at the property to save us having to drive to the office and greeted us with a smile and a bottle of bubbly with a card signed by the whole office.
