Charlotte and her colleagues at Fine and Country Colchester were incredibly responsive and professional. Despite all the challenges with our ‘chain’, Charlotte worked hard to find solutions and communicated updates to help reassure us even when it looked like we had reached a dead end. We got there in the end thanks to her perseverance!
