selling your home is always an emotional roller coaster, i am sure everyone at Fine and Country Colchester will concur that the house sale we went through was pretty horrendous (delayed 10 weeks after we moved out on day of exchange / completion) due to the lack of communication and in my opinion negligence from some of the legal firms involved in this simple transaction. Charlotte remained calm and communicated effectively throughout the extended period even phoning while she was on holiday.
