We have just exchanged contracts on what has been a very difficult experience, fraught with problems. From the very beginning Alan Howick has been brilliant in seeing us through It all. Nothing was too much trouble, and he kept us up to date with everything, when there was such a lack of communication from other parties. We have dealt with Howick and Brooker in the past as well, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Val Beaumont
