I haven't sold many properties, but if I was selling in the area again, I would choose to go with Manning Stainton. Matthew was great at taking me through the initial steps before I agreed to sell with Manning Stainton. Then, the speed at which my house sold was outstanding (11 offers from 1 day of viewings!). Throughout this stage of viewings and agreeing a sale, Ellie Weale was informative, clear and helpful. She helped highlight my options but left me feeling empowered in making my own decisions. After agreeing the sale, I was then moved onto Rochelle who was equally as helpful and clear about where we were up to with the buyers. Despite moving throughout different people within the office, I have always felt connected and able to talk to someone who can help me.
