The team were great but special thanks to Ellie Weale who made the whole experience easy for us. We knew we were in very good hands. We were notified of all viewings for the flat by text when the appointments were made, Ellie took our calls or swiftly returned them, she followed up with potential buyers after viewings and reported back to us.
