We put a retirement flat on the market with Manning Stainton at Oakwood and have just accepted an offer at asking price. The team were great but special thanks to Ellie Weale who made the whole experience easy for us. We knew we were in very good hands. We were notified of all viewings for the flat by text when the appointments were made, Ellie took our calls or swiftly returned them, she followed up with potential buyers after viewings and reported back to us. It was clear that she cared about everyone in the process, buyers and sellers. Ellie was also very effective at discussing our options with us and representing the people behind the various offers. She was knowledgeable, kind, enthusiastic, courteous and a pleasure to work with - all extremely important if you are selling a flat because of a death in the family. Highly recommended.
