As a first time buyer, the stress of the whole process was a lot. My designated Agent was Karly Bibby and honestly from the bottom of my heart she is the loveliest person I’ve met in a while and very professional as well. Always there to chase my brokers and solicitors up for me. She was the most reassuring voice in this whole process and she was my rock.
