Helen came round to do a valuation, explaining the selling process from beginning to end to us perfectly, and supporting us in making the best decision in the market price. Our brochures looked great. Staff kept in touch with us all the time. The viewing sessions were no hassle to us at all and were extremely well organised and COVID safe. Any member of staff always knew who you were and the current state of your sale and any outstanding issues. I never had to chase them. Jess was the main person we worked with and she was organised, friendly and always on hand for advice.
