My sale was initially handled by Karly Bibby. She kept me informed throughout the process and updated me as soon as she had any new information. She had to do a lot of chasing to progress matters, which she did with efficiency and persistence. Overall, I have been very happy with the service provided. After the sale was agreed the progressing of it up to exchange / completion was handled by Gemma Payne and Rochelle Sykes. They also did a tremendous job of chasing the sale through and updating me as they did so. They always answered my questions promptly and got in touch whenever they had new information to pass on to me.
