I have recently sold (STC) my house in Chapel Allerton with the Oakwood Brach of Manning Stainton. Karly Bibby was managing the process for me, although other members of the team (Angela, Jacob etc) have helped along the way. I found the level of communication from MS wonderful, they really kept me in the loop every step of the way once we had made the decision to go to market and the team did everything they could to secure a good offer on the house and ensure that I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. I find MS's style far more approachable and understanding than their competitors (who can be quite aggressive and transactional), which is one of the reasons I chose them to represent the sale. If I were to sell in the area again in the future, I would not hesitate to use MS, and hope that Karly would be available to manage the process again!
