This being my first property purchase, I was quite nervous when I approached the agency to put an offer in. However, the agent who dealt with my case, Karly Bibby, couldn’t have been more helpful! She guided me through the process with expertise, kindness, patience and good humour. She translated legal language into normal language. She explained where hold ups were and why. She gave me regular update calls, even if just to say that there were no updates. She liaised with the vendor and solicitors on both sides. She never lost her good humour and positivity. She made, what turned out to be a quite lengthy and complicated process, bearable and it all turned out fine in the end due to her negotiation skills.
