When we decided to sell our house we chose Manning Stainton as a local estate agent. Helen, the branch manager, visited our house to explain how they would sell our house. Manning Stainton got our house onto the market quickly and were able to book a lot of viewings in a short space of time, with accompanied viewings by Rosie, who worked tirelessly. Victoria was assigned as our sales negotiator, and we quickly had a sale agreed. We were then transferred to a sales progression team for the sale to be completed. However, when more communication was required between all parties concerned in the sales chain, Victoria again took on personal responsibility for this and did a brilliant job contacting everybody and ensuring that the sale was able to complete on the agreed date.
