Gemma Sheldon managed the marketing of the property and was very thorough to ensure that it was seen by as many people as possible in a short timeframe - in the end receiving a number of offers within a week! Following this Reena Boughan was then brilliant in ensuring that the process from sold in principle to completion was managed thoroughly, often going the extra mile to manage the expectations of both buyer and seller and through much perseverance getting the sale over the line.
