I really appreciated Kristian's (Brockenhurst Oakley branch) support on the emotional and very stressful task of selling my home of 32 years. It wasn't a straightforward process due to the challenging constraints of the shared ownership scheme my house is part of. But he was always confident it would sell once available on the open market (confirmed by 3 asking price offers in the end) and kept a steady stream of potential buyers coming through the house. Myself and my husband are both people who don't like the 'salesy/patter' side of these sorts of transactions so really appreciated Kristian's frank opinion and advice style.
