He already had a suitable bungalow "up his sleeve" for us at that first visit, and worked hard to help us to finally purchase it. It was a wise move to suggest we move our viewing date forward by a week in order to be in a good position to purchase the bungalow. Within 11 days of our house going on the market, we had a buyer, and after a further week we had an agreement to buy the bungalow. He has always been a friendly presence on the end of a phone and we would be happy to recommend Brockenhurst to others.
