Well if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Andy was ultra professional from the start and a real pleasure to deal with throughout. He was very genuine in his opinions and had a very detailed knowledge on the local market which certainly gave us confidence. At the initial meeting he gave us an honest value appraisal and this was backed up using details of similar properties that had recently sold in the area, which gave us great confidence that he had done his research. We were happy with the price Andy valued our house at and agreed to go to market. The entire marketing preparation and viewing process was easy and completed by a pleasant and very professional team. We had regular feedback and updates after every viewing, which came thick and fast.
