The level of service given has been appaling. We have chosen to take the property off the market with DB Roberts and gone with a different estate agents. They simply dont care, they dont return phone calls or emails or even chase things up with purchasers. It was left for 10 weeks before they even decided to check with the people buying our house how they were getting on with their mortgage application. We have been constantly lied too, the lady called Ruth (saying the people buying our property are at the 3rd stage of their mortgage) when in fact they hadnt even started their application which we have phone recordings of them telling us this after saying there was nothing to worry about and it was at the final stages and when confronted with this the reply we get is 'yer we can see where your coming from' The manager 'Matt' is nothing but a typical salesman, feeding you incorrect information and pulling the wool over our eyes and then cuts contact never to be heard from even after numerous emails and phone calls! I would highly suggest that anyone thinking of using them to steer well clear because its nothing but problem after problem with them and we completely regret ever deciding to go with DB Roberts and will be putting in a formal complaint. Edit: it doesnt surprise me they cant find the transaction this is in relation too on their system. Says it all really!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Just Onceto give an idea of how useful their service is... Once leaving the property I have been asked if I was happy to leave a new slide in the garden because the new tenant was asking for it. I have been told afterwards that part of the deposit had to be retained for the removal of it...

Firstly i would like to say discrimation of disability is not acceptable now in this day and age, from yourselfs as a professional company or a landlord. Had all the rights and full criteria to let a property with yourselfs and you stated my brother wasnt picked because basically the landlord felt the upkept and my brothers disability were a issue!! Wrong so wrong will never use again disgraceful EDITED UPDATE : Still not had no phone call from anybody to explain which more than proves to me with what you stated on the phone to my mum and the reasons my brother didnt get this property is discrimination and you are more than aware and are fully responsible for this !!

As a landlord we've found this crowd to be such a disaster we would have been better off without them and dealing with the letting ourselves - even though we live 250 miles from our property. No aspect of the marketing was done correctly for the first time of asking and we were constantly on the phone or e-mail correcting their mistakes - including fundamental errors in the letting documents - or simply trying to get action. Now the property is let we have to chase regarding inspections - including the safety critical ones like the gas - and it really seems that we are paying an expensive dog but having to do all the barking ourselves.
