Used these Estate Agents many times, always helpful and trustworthy. Never had any issues with them.

They are friendly & helpful on the phone but do get a lot of things wrong in emails etc & they want to come round a lot. When your paying high rent you don't want to be hassled every few months most letting agents come round once every six months which is fine but I find these guys too much. I wouldn't rent off them again if I'm honest.

Pretty much useless as far as estate agents go! Borderline crooks. Deal with them at your peril and only if you absolutely have no choice.

They seemed good when u start the rent but r horrible when you are leaving the hours. Basically they don't care about you anymore

Absolutely useless. Don't waste your time with them they clearly don't care about anything. Polite and friendly in person and then don't answer emails or phone calls. I was told I'd be called back once someone was available and still haven't received that call. Very unprofessional. Don't be fooled by the smiling faces.
