Update 2 years on: The staff continue to provide an excellent lettings service, and are always on call to assist with tenant and property issues. Any contract changes are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I am extremely comfortable dealing with the Oakengates staff, and therefore will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As a landlord, I've used DB Roberts Lettings at Oakengates for many years now, as they provide such a full and comprehensive service for a very reasonable cost. Their advice has been extremely useful on tenant turnaround meaning that I have had very few periods of vacancy. All property issues are dealt with quickly and effectively, as they have a great pool of professionals who respond quickly. The staff at the Oakengates branch in particular, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them to prospective clients.
