Friendly staff. Always fast and helpful when I need help with something. I have property inspections every 3 months, I get this lovely woman called Alison to come round. I have pretty bad social anxiety and I also have autism, so I’m always nervous when it comes to these types of situations. She is super friendly and is extremely comfortable to be around. I don’t usually chat to people as I want things to be over and done with quickly so i can continue being my introverted self, but I always enjoy chatting with her. She even told me I can request her to come inspect every time if it helps me feel more comfortable. I couldn’t ask for a better letting agency.
