Regarding your review. We are pleased to say that we have over 350 happy landlords currently on our books, and new customers gravitating towards us on a weekly basis. The referencing company we use does indeed send forms to guarantors also to supply their information but this has to be requested from us initially. Unfortunately we cannot book in people for a viewing straightaway, as there is an application process initially, in order for us to vet & pre-qualify applicants, gather information, and obtain the landlords approval in principle etc. We appreciate if our process does not suit your requirements, but we are a successful and established firm, so we will not be changing our processes unfortunately, as we firmly believe that the protocol we have implemented is the correct one. We cannot be held responsible for finding your daughter accommodation within a certain time frame. We can only put forward all applicant's for the consideration of the property owner.
