"This is the worst agency I..."

This is the worst agency I have come across. It has been extremely hard getting hold of someone to talk to. They sent generic emails to very specific queries. They seem to just want to avoid speaking to customers. Tried to get hold of the rental team by dialling different numbers, every-time I get hold of someone they ask me to ring a different number. Even when I eventually got hold of someone in the rental team, asked about a house for rent, she said 'I don't know about that one' - horrible and unprofessional attitude. Long and tedious form to complete before even being allowed to view a property which includes uploading personal documents. Just ridiculous.
