We have checked and this lady applied for a property in Oadby for rent. We had explained the application process to the lady from the start and informed her that we had received a large volume of applications on the property. Unfortunately we cannot arrange a viewing unless the application is approved in principle by the Landlord. It is not true that she was unable to reach anyone as there are multiple emails back & forth with this lady. We received in excess of 70 applications for this property. Unfortunately this lady's application was not selected on this occasion but she is welcome to apply for other properties she sees in the future. We would ask her to retract this unfair review.
