Would never recommend. Was lied to regarding a gas safety inspection. I was told that I couldn’t move in until it was done then a few months in to the tenancy agreement was contacted by Micheal Poole to information me that the annual gas safety inspection was due. When asked why this was the case as I been told that it had been done prior to tge move In date, I was ignored by the letting negotiators Aslan. Several reports where made regarding maintenance work that was required in the property and was told I’d be contacted within 24 hours of course again I was ignored. The state of the property in comparison to when viewed was horrendous. This agents completely lack professionalism in their letting department.
