Fantastic friendly helpful people

All the staff I have spoken to have been so friendly and helpful, always there to answer questions and explain everything to me clearly. Gary was very helpful and friendly when showing me around the property initially and when collecting the keys. Also Karl was fantastic when explaining the application form to me and was so friendly and understanding. I'm very pleased with the way H2L have dealt with everything, all very professional.

Took a while but it was worth it!

Gary and the team at H2L were so helpful when me and my sister decided to view a property to rent. It has taken a while from the initial viewing to moving in due to the landlord re decorating and laying a new carpet but the team kept us informed throughout the whole process and when we were finally offered the house they werw just as excited as us! Thanks for all of your help!

Friendly and understanding

Straight from arriving at the property, Gary, was very friendly and even though I was early, showed me around the property to save me waiting. Due to my circumstances, coming from owning my own property and going back to renting, I was apprehensive about the move. Gary made me feel very at ease with it all and happy with the area and neighbours in the building. I would definitely recommend as it has been a very easy and pleasant experience throughout.

Fantastic agents

I have recently been in touch with h2l lettings nuneaton while sorting my dad a house. They were fantastic in securing my dad a property and helping to sort out all the paper work and put the move through quickly being a bank holiday. They were always at the end of the phone for anything we needed. I have never worked with more friendly, professional people what a fantastic service.

Most professional estate agent ever!

I'm really happy with the level and quality of service I received from H2L.. Carl, with whom I conducted all of my business, is very friendly, attentive of my needs and always put a smile on my face even if the news were not always good. Their communication is fast and efficient. If you need them they are there. Their local knowledge and judgement are sound and they are not afraid to use all the tools at their disposal. It took a bit longer than I expected to actually find a tenant but as I'm still relatively inexperienced at being a landlord, I'm sure I can improve in my timings. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Fantastic agency with professional friendly staff

I have recently dealt with H2L lettings nuneaton alongside my farther in law finding him a property. I hadn't heard of them before so I was a little sceptical. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with nothing was too much trouble and they were at the end of the telephone and email for anything we needed. They worked hard to make the process of moving as stress free as possible for us. I have since recommended H2L lettings to family and friends and cannot praise them enough. Thank you for all your help, hard work and support with everything. I hope to see you again in the future and you will be the first agency we come to should be require any further properties. Brilliant experience. Professional. Friendly. Efficient.

From the day we viewed the property to moving in day the service we have received has been outstanding. Upon viewing the property Karl was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as being very honest about any potential issues. The application process was pain free, and any queries dealt with efficiently. On moving in day Karl explained and showed us everything we needed to know, and since moving in any issues have been dealt with instantly. Five stars!

Excellent experience

After viewing a number of other properties we were beginning to get quite frustrated with the whole process. We then however came across a rental property available with H2L. The process to arrange a viewing was easy and straight forward. We were met at the property by Karl who was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. He spent a lot of time introducing us to the property as well as the local area. Upon deciding to proceed, we found the whole process quick, easy and professional and compared to other agents their fees were very reasonable. The tenancy was tied up in matter of days, and the moving in process was as simple and efficient as the rest of the process. All round a great service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
