We rented an apartment from H2L, the whole experience was complete professionally from start to finish. They don't just get you signed up and forget you, they respond the same day to any queries and are always very pleasant, would totally recommend this company to anyone.

I was a tenant for 2 years, in that time H2L were brilliant. They always replied promptly to any problems I had and any issues sorted within days. On my leaving day Carl came to have a look at the property, he was extremely pleasant which made it an easy process, my bond was returned quickly. I've rented before and would totally recommend H2L to anyone!

The company were very helpful with the entire move from start to finish, although there was a slight problem with the move it self H2L kept me and my partner in the loop which gave us peace of mind knowing what is going on and what was happening with the property, this was very helpful as we were not left in the dark about the situation.

Excellent Service

the the property and service we received throughout was excellent. We met a man called Karl at the flat. He was on time and very chatty and gave us great local knowledge, which was wonderful as we are new to the area. Sadly the property we went to view just wasn't right for us which is a shame. However from the experience we've recieved to date I would definitely recommend H2L as they seemed very genuine and helped as much as they could by providing us with information on other properties that suited better.

Great all round experience

I had phoned and left a voicemail with the company which they got back to me in a matter of 15 minutes. They managed to organise a viewing a couple of days before which was perfect for me. I was met by Karl, the gentleman that dealt with me on the phone. Karl was very well presentable and in time. Karl was a fountain of knowledge on the local area and helped us a lot as I came from Swansea and my girlfriend came from Bournemouth. The flat was very well presented and clean. Karl told us all about the application and the additional cost, not leaving a stone unturned. Overall it was a great experience viewing our first property and it was all down to Karl and the staff at H2L.

Thanks H2L for helping me find such a lovely house. The H2L team have been amazing and credit to Gary for being so positive, helpful and supportive throughout the process. I can't believe I viewed the property in Thursday and had the keys on Sunday! Brilliant agents!
